Colombia Finca Los Robles comes from a 5-hectare farm where the botanical varieties Colombia, Caturra and Castillo are cultivated and subjected to washing. Colombian coffees rank among the world's top coffees, and their flavor and quality are invaluable. This is all thanks to the ideal climatic and geographic conditions conducive to the growth of coffee beans. Colombia Finca Los Robles comes from a 5-acre farm owned by Alfredo Sanchez. At an altitude of more than 1,600 meters above sea level, Alfredo cultivates the Colombia, Caturra and Castillo botanical varieties and puts them through a washing process. The coffee is very sweet and has a vinous and fruity character, with a smooth and high body. Great as a non-obvious offering for discerning taste buds. While we definitely recommend it without the addition of milk, lovers of white foam should also be satisfied! What surprised us about this coffee was the cherry-chocolate sweetness and basically no acidity. So we thought that since our customers avoid coffees with pronounced acidity and beans with fruity notes, maybe with this coffee we would encourage them precisely to fruit profiles. In Colombia Los Robles, the aftertaste of sweet and ripe cherries lingers long after drinking.

How is it profiled? What is it particularly recommended for? Colombia Los Robles is a coffee profiled for all pressure methods. We recommend brewing it in flask machines and coffee machines. In either method, the coffee will be very sweet with notes of milk chocolate and ripe cherries.

With or without milk?

Drink it the way you like it best! Due to its fairly high body and character, the coffee tastes very good with milk, although we still recommend it primarily as a black coffee. Do you like espresso or americano with chocolate and fruit sweetness? Colombia Finca Los Robles is the coffee for you!

Does this coffee have acidity?

Yes, but very mild, reminiscent of red wine... So it is smooth and almost imperceptible. Especially since the coffee is well balanced and has a very high sweetness.
